Playing dress up is something I never thought I would do, but now that I have a little girl....it's so much fun.

Being a mom is the absolute best feeling in the world. I thought my life would totally change, but it hasn't that much. It just takes me much longer to get out of the house and a few less hours of sleep. Mark is pretty proud of his daughter. She looks so tiny in his hands. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful husband. He is an amazing father.

Sela's Arrival

On December 8, 2008, Sela Pierslee Anderson joined our family! She was welcomed by her proud parents, two big brothers, and countless family members and friends.

We had such a good time up to the delivery. It's always a great conversation when Mena's involved. Then everyone was kicked out except Mark, mom, Haylee and Heather. Haylee has 3 kids and I was lucky enough to witness the last one and Heather has none, but was pleased as to how easy it was for me! I think Heather was most worried.....I just did what the nurse and wonderful Dr. Z told me to.
